During operation, noticeable knife marks may appear on the strip products. This could be caused by pressure plate marks. Discrepancies in height between the pressure plate and die plate may force excessive pressure on the strip. Alternatively, knife marks may result from the pressure plate or lower punch. Application Scope: Automatically cuts pearl cotton rolls, sheets, and slabs into various rectangular sizes, including roll-to-roll, sheet-to-sheet, and sheet-to-small-sheet configurations.
