Operating the high-speed strip cutting machine is crucial. Once we are familiar with the correct procedures, we must focus on enhancing operational precision. So how can we achieve high-precision operation?
1. Set the cutting mode switch to the printing position. Align the forward and reverse keys with the material's cut edge. Rotate the photoelectric sensor mount knob to position the sensor at the marked location. Adjust the sensor sensitivity and select the photoelectric mode based on its operational state. Simultaneously, set the detection mode switch to the slow detection setting.
2. Length setting value = Actual material length - Advance value (1-3mm).
3. Power on and connect all component power supplies. Press the Run button to observe the distance between the photoelectric sensor and the color mark. A distance of 1-2mm is generally optimal. If less than 1mm, increase the advance value; if greater than 2mm, decrease the advance value. After adjustment, switch the detection mode selector to Fast Detection mode.
4. Apply pressure to the high-speed damping bar to create resistance on the material web. Adjust the tension spring on the swing roller to maintain consistent tension between the material stop roller and feed roller, preventing overshoot during photoelectric tracking.
5. Gradually increase the main machine speed while simultaneously accelerating the feed rate. When the material or swing roller stabilizes in the center position, this indicates proper synchronization between feed speed and material pull-in speed.
